PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT
1. Introduction
SiS International Limited (the “Company”, “We”, "our" or "us") respects personal data privacy and is committed to complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong), and we strive to ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.
2. Collection of Personal Data
We may collect, use and retain personal data in our capacity as an employer, distributor and provider of products, services and solutions, including for the purpose of supporting and administering relationships with our customers, partners and resellers. When we collect personal data from individuals, we will provide them with a Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS) on or before the time of collection, in an appropriate format and manner. The PICS will state (among other matters) the purpose of the collection.

a. business records and related notifications, used for performing services and offering a broad selection of solutions to provide additional benefits to our partners and resellers;
b. personnel records, used for recruitment and human resources management related purposes;
c. records collected via our websites, used for the purposes stated in section 3 below; and

Without prejudice to our statement of practice on personal data held by us as mentioned above, generally:

The information you provide through the "Contact Us" section or other similar section / function on the Company’s website is used by us to respond to or handle your inquiries, comments, suggestions or other matters, including any necessary follow-up work in connection with discharging our business functions and responsibilities. The personal data will not be used for any other purposes, disclosed or transferred without your consent, unless such use, disclosure or transfer is permitted or required by law.
b. Personal data collected through our website is used, disclosed, or transferred for the purposes as set out in the PICS for discharging our business functions and responsibilities including human resources management.

Such information is collected for system administration, website operation, security monitoring, statistical analysis, and the maintenance and improvement of our website and services.

A reasonable fee may be charged for complying with a data access request, where permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
